职责:
- Production follow up, quality management and improve Fabric supplier performance
- Develop and implement the strategic sourcing and production management plans
- Evaluate and report capacities and capabilities of fabric mills
- Be responsible for problem solving and decision making for all Fabric related matters, including claim settlement
- Hands-on technical involvement in fabric sourcing through production to bulk quality control and resolve issues
- Coordinate with nominated fabric inspection house to solve quality issues with fabric mill
- Communicate with counterpart across the group to identify the fabric and product needs
- Able to develop suppliers' quality and quality management
- Implement of new technical requirements
需求:
- Degree in Textile Technology / Textile Chemistry
- At least 10years solid relevant experience in fabric production on construction, dyeing / printing and finishing of woven fabrics
- At least 3 years working experience in similar management role
- An extensive knowledge and network of contracts with high class- fabric mills / suppliers in China and in other Asian countries
- Have good knowledge of the fabrics and the quality requirement of the fabrics, know how to inspect the fabric
- Strong understanding of textile construction, yearn, fiber, dyeing and finishing techniques
- Proactive, self motivated and be able to work under pressure
- A good team player as well as problem solver, who works well in a fast paced, changing environment
- Must be flexible and tolerant due to the frequency with which changes occur
- Detail and results oriented, excellent interpersonal skills and open minded
- Excellent communications and presentation skills with fluent and good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
- Willing to travel from time to time
