Be responsible for the whole process of the sourcing of garment (outdoor products) to achieve the best quality and prices for the company
Co-ordination between designers and suppliers
Lead the team in product development, sample fitting, order follow-up to ensure on-time delivery
Delegate functions and motivate team members for efficient and effective execution of daily operation
Provide necessary support for team members, help them to solve problems occurred in their daily operation
Prepare cost breakdown, price quotation, and assist the General Manager in product cost control
Follow the company's strategies, assist the General Manager to meet financial target of the office's
Pay attention to the changes on China business circumstance and administration policies, business operation suggestion for General Manager to deal with the changes
需求:
Diploma/University degree (preferable garment technology, fashion designer or related degree)
Above 12 years of experience in the field of merchandising and costing, production management, quality control
Minimum 5 years managerial experience within foreign trading company or buying office in garment Industry
Buying office experience and German or European market exposure preferred
Familiar with knitting, outdoor products and have relative work experience (necessary)
Experienced individual with excellent communication skills
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize wisely
