职责:
- Align & perform APQP/PPAP, follow up & sign off PPAP
- Initiate 8D to resolve customer complaints
- Coordinate receiving 2nd or 3rd party audit
- Implement and improve ISO/TS16949 Quality Management System (QMS)
- Analyze, report and communicate quality trends to everyone top-to-bottom, plan and implement Continuous Improvement programs (e.g. six sigma project)
- Perform other duties as assigned from QA Supervisor

需求:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Over 3 years working experience in automotive manufacturing plant, could be the engineer from customer quality service, quality planning or quality assurance
- Familiar with automotive quality special requirement, (e.g. VW formel Q; FORD Q1; GM procedures)
- Good English communication skill
- German language skill is preferred
